Rebuild Process
A completely remanufactured machine can also feature retrofit and enhancement parts to the highest level available from the original manufacturer and in some cases exceeding the original manufacturers current specification.
Customers have the opportunity to test machines at production levels prior to shipment using their own tooling, fixtures and component parts ensuring that it performs at agreed-upon specifications for speed, tolerance, reliability and accuracy.
After testing the customer can expect complete field installation. Qualified engineer(s) will fully install the machine as if it were a new piece of equipment. This will include complete set-up and installation, operator and maintenance training (at either Brooklands Automation site or the customer's facility) and all necessary support until the machine is performing to the agreed specification.
Machinery remanufactured by Brooklands Automation includes a full one-year parts and labour warranty with post installation support by qualified field service engineers.
With a fully remanufactured machine customers get exactly what they are looking for, a price-sensitive piece of equipment that runs as well as when it was new and can be integrated quickly into the manufacturing line to increase output and meet customer demand. This enables the customer to operate the production line at the same performance levels as before but with the additional capacity of another piece of machinery and at a cost saving over new equipment.
