Overview

We have successfully completed machine rebuild projects for a diverse range of special machine tools ranging from centreless grinders with automatic loading, to simple spline milling machines.

A machine rebuild project is tailored to the customers need depending upon budget and required objectives, but usually as a minimum involves upgrading the control system and replacing all wear parts.

It will often also involve some degree of redesign. Typically machine transmission systems are redesigned and manufactured from new to facilitate the use of ballscrews, linear motors or torque motors.

Our rebuild projects always come with unconditional prompt global on site parts and labour warranty.
