With our in-house mechanical design team we have a one-stop solution for a complete machine tool CNC upgrade, with our ability to design, manufacture and test servo motor / linear motor transmission systems.
Working closely with our customers, our commissioning engineers are able produce and test CNC part programs for many different types of metal cutting processes.
A normal requirement is for us to produce custom screens on CNC systems, so that the customer has a simple parameterised front end where produced part parameters are entered. With this type of system, our customers machine setters and operators have no need to get involved with any specialised programming tasks.
